Did you finish a show this past weekend? Then you’re probably on the hunt once again for the next Breaking Bad or Dexter. Well luckily, we’re Netflix experts and can share our top trending picks, who to chill with, and what to snack on for TV time in 2016. Take a look at our favorite shows – new ones, classics, and the most popular – to see which ones catch your eye and should  be added to the instant queue.

Archer

Pair it with: SO + beer + pizza

What beats watching a quick-witted, snarky comedy with your SO on a Friday night? Adding beer and pizza to the mix. This animated series offers countless clever one-liners, a considerable amount of borderline inappropriate themes and jokes, and impeccable comedic delivery from H. Jon Benjamin and an all-star cast.

Black Mirror

Pair it with: dog + chips + soda

This British science fiction series depicts society in the near future, suffering the consequences from allowing technology to infiltrate the most personal parts of our lives. The structure of the show allows for an entirely different cast and story for each episode, guaranteed to capture your attention. We’d recommend going at it alone, but your dog is probably the best company – that and a bag of chips.

How to Get Away with Murder

Pair it with: roommate + popcorn

As with Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal, the infamous Shonda Rhimes delivers yet another gripping drama guaranteed to keep you on the edge-of-your-seat. Viola Davis gives the performance of a lifetime as the strong-but-flawed heroine Annalise Keating – criminal defense attorney and law professor. From race and sex to murder and betrayal, witness a show brave enough to confront a complex bed of themes alongside your roommate and a giant bowl of popcorn.

Broadchurch

Pair it with: mom+ wine + cheese

Another British show tops our list for must-see shows currently on Netflix. Watch as the consequences of speculation and deep secrets unfold to reveal disturbing details of a once close-knit community. Your heart might break a little, so keep close to mom and bring some fancy cheese and glasses of wine to share.

Making a Murder

Pair it with: yourself + trail mix + cranberry juice

You probably caught the public’s outcry and rage on social media after millions became obsessed with the true-crime docuseries, Making a Murderer. If you haven’t already, you’ll need to sit down and watch the story of Steven Avery, as it’s one for the history books and will not be forgotten anytime soon. Just as a warning, you might feel some frustration so we recommend watching it solo with some juice and trail mix (the kind with the M&Ms) to cheer you up.

The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

Pair it with: sister + ice cream

From murder shows to lighthearted comedies, the performance of Ellie Kemper (The Office and Bridesmaids) in this Tina Fey creation keeps you laughing and smiling the entire season. After being rescued from a doomsday cult where she spent 15 years, Kimmy Schmidt is off to experience life in New York City. And to say it’s an adjustment, is a vast understatement. Enjoy this hilarious, 30 Rock-esque show with a bowl of ice cream and your sister.
